Mimosa Pudica 含羞草
從一開始，人們就不自覺地破壞了大自然，為了得到生存所需的任何元素，毫不留情地糟蹋其他無關或擋路的事物。
現在世界各地漸漸開始發現動物的絕種或天氣的異常，還有人們製造的垃圾全給動物和海洋吞了。
我們需要一起改變，不要讓習慣控制你的生活，無意義的抽衛生紙、不需要時也大量用塑膠、諸如此類…
做任何事前先想一下這個決定會不會影響到整個世界的運作，就連小小的動作、甚至念頭，都能有蝴蝶效應的。
人們都希望被愛護，而對待我們的地球也一樣要記得像愛護家園般，為它著想。
回歸於事情的本質，不要迷失於表面的假像。
「含羞草」系列把大自然直接對應著人們製造的一切（科技、建築、設計），並不是說不好，
但希望能利用回歸底片攝影來表現大方擁抱數位的方式，提醒大家地球很愛我們，那我們愛地球嗎？
地球不會因為被糟蹋逞罰我們，而是忍到最後不行了的時候慢慢消失…
像這樣模範的本質，我們是否能學到一點並帶入生活中呢？
Human race have damaged the earth in every way we could think of, for survival or luxury.
We now gradually realize it through the extinctions of animals, global warming, and tons of plastic in the ocean.
Don’t let our habits control our actions,
think a little ahead before blowing your nose with excessive tissue, or using plastic for pointless little things…etc.
Our thoughts or actions will make an impact on the world more than you know, but we can choose to change!
We can love earth back, as mother earth love us with no boundaries;
look at the bigger picture, rather than the current mood—which is only temporary.
The “Mimosa” (plant) series contradicts digital imaging on film photography,
not in a bad way,
but in an optimistic way that reminds us how human made an effect on the earth (with technology, architecture, design),
yet the earth still welcomes us with open arms.
Can we at least learn something from this essence of love?

Starlight 星空
一切直到遇見了變化，就都不同了。
秋天的色彩提醒了我這件事，讓我開始練習看見最平凡的微小不同。
雖然大自然一直以來都是同樣的色系，但這次我突然看到了更多：
大自然千變萬化並再次重生。楓葉的紅變得如此活躍且感同身受，
星空的閃爍加上冰冷的空氣也拉近了我們的心。
有時後只要一點點的轉念，就瞬間大大不同。
每件事物都可以隨時變新鮮或獨特難忘，只要你換個角度看。
Everything appears to be the same, until we change,
then things start to become different through our eyes.
Autumn colors this year have reminded me of this concept,
by noticing mundane things in a totally different way.
Nature has always been born in the same colors ever since earth was created,
but this time I see it differently: nature has revived.
The red of the maples becomes lively and relatable;
the starlight surprisingly becomes reachable at heart, especially with the cold crispy air.
Sometimes, you just need a little switch in the mindset.
Everything could be new or unique, as long as you change a perspective.

Harmony 一拍即合

shot on film and placed side by side without manipulation.
These are just 2 individual photographs, shot on 2 different days and 2 different locations - aligned.
Now, let's talk about coincidence!
Photography is not about capturing the beautiful things in front of you,
it's about what you choose to capture and make it beautiful.
